Your rent plus monthly fees is due on or before the 1st day of each month with no grace period. Security Deposits and fines must be paid by cash or check directly to our RBC Centura account. See the wiki page for details.

The fee for paying with PayPal is ~4.25% (rounded to the next odd number). The late fee is $20. Room #8 is exempted from the monthly Personal A/C fee. Personal Cable Box / DVR is no longer an option. The House Manager shall receive no monthly concession. These fees are valid thru August 2010.
