Work continues on the newsletter for August. Chapter liability insurance rates will increase to cover the House, but this will be paid by the Chapter. |

Current checking and money market balances are $2,653 and $9,181. Federal taxes for 2004 have been filed. The sub-lease for 4 Maiden Lane
is approved to start August 2005. The Corporation will assume all utility accounts. Founder's Day event planned for Oct 16, 2005 with details to follow. A newsletter will be sent out in August regarding the event. |

As of today eight Brothers have signed leases for the Chapter House with the Housing Corporation as landlord. We will be working with the Chapter to sign a lease for the common areas shortly. |

Brothers and Alumni spent the afternoon painting and cleaning the chapter house. Work included painting the porch and wooden Theta Tau sign along with some landscaping. |

The corporation with help from Brother Evan Page have renegotiated the lease for 4 Maiden Lane. Rent is now lower and there are two additional parking spots. Further the Housing Corporation will be leasing the house, and then subleasing to the students. |
